The integration of advanced technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), has significantly transformed various facets of organizational management, especially in Talent Management. At Alba Blue we are convinced that this integration could resolve and improve the future of management.
In this idea, we wanted to present some studies delving into the impact of AI on Talent management, and also drawing insights from recent works by Rashed Khan, the 2024 Mercer Global Talent Trends report, and a multilevel framework for AI-Augmented HRM proposed by in two studies by Saukkonen from Aston University.
